Read all the multi-packs and shorts packs long ago, since 2012. The author has gotten better with age/practice. I've read almost all of the Cooper stories (1 - 230) and several of Mr. Bernico's short stories and most have not disappointed me. You'll find some poorly written or predictable stories, but for the most part they are fair to good. The Cooper series are better, but there's a few stinkers, too. They're great for a coffee break or a few minutes to relax.Product details

can't say enough good about the cooper collection, read from the start. great writer so glad i came across his books
Gave it a 1 because there wasn't a lower...and in recent memory, I can only recall only finding disliking a book this much once. it is an understatement to say that this book is anything more than a long winded series of conversations. I would have ditched it from midway if it didn't keep promising something that continued to flop like a dead fish over and over...up to the last page!
